FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1. How are the cookies packaged?

Our cookies are packaged individually in heat-sealed cellophane bags as standard. Should you wish to serve them unpackaged, please remove the packaging as close to the the event time as possible to ensure optimal freshness and crispness.

 

2. How long can the cookies be kept for?

The cookies will stay fresh in their bags for at least 2 weeks. Once they are unpackaged they will stay fresh for 2-3 days.

 

3. Can the cookies be frozen?

Yes, they freeze very well. When freezing, leave them in their cellophane bags and place them in the freezer in a sealed container. When you are ready to thaw them, simply leave them to thaw on a countertop, in a single layer. They should be fully defrosted within a few hours.

 

4. How long in advance should I place my order?

This depends on the time of the year, but as a rule of thumb it is best to order at least 2 weeks ahead of time. We will however always try to accommodate any requests so please feel free to enquire.

 

5.What is the pricing for custom orders?

Our custom order quotes are worked out for each individual request, as the price depends on the size, design, number of colours used, and if any special techniques are used. 6. How do the gift vouchers work?

Our gift vouchers are digital files that will be emailed to you within a few hours of your order being placed. Should you be purchasing one as a gift, please provide the name of the recipient. Alternatively, it can be left blank and you will be able to print the voucher and write a special message on. The vouchers are valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase.

 

7. Do you have a vegan option?

Unfortunately we do not have a vegan option.

 

8. Do you make allergen free options?

While every effort is made to avoid cross contamination with allergens, we can not rule out the possibility of contamination entirely. For those suffering from severe and life-threatening allergies, I would not recommend ordering as we are unable to guarantee zero cross contamination.

 

9. Do you offer gluten or sugar free options?

Unfortunately we do not offer gluten or sugar free options at the moment, but if this changes, we will notify our customers through our website and social media channels.
